It was a pleasure to shoot this new residential build by LTD Architectural and Iconic Homes. The star of the show is the wide ranging views across the Hauraki Gulf, made possible by the elevated construction on a difficult site. Combined with premium materials and a Scandinavian inspired interior, the build was rewarded with wins in the Residential Compact New Home and People’s Choice categories at the 2014 ADNZ/Resene Architectural Design Awards.
